RIT skates to 3-2 win over Falcons

Freshman Andrew Favot scored his first collegiate goal to cap a three-goal second period that lifted Rochester Institute of Technology to a 3-2 win over Bentley in Atlantic Hockey action on Friday night at Ryan Skating Arena. The Tigers improved to 5-5-2 overall and 4-3-2 in league play with the win, while the Falcons fell to 5-9-1 overall and 5-4-1 in AHA action.

Theft

Monday morning at 10 a.m., Campus Police investigated a report of a past vandalism at the Dunkin Donuts in Collins Hall. They reported that video footage captured by their security cameras showed that on the night of Thursday the 15th, 2 females ripped a sign down and stole it.

During a rainstorm on October 5, 1995, Pope John Paul II celebrated Mass with me and 82,947 other people, the largest crowd to ever attend an event at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. The Bishop of Rome, the spiritual leader of the Roman Catholic Church and head of state for the Vatican City, spoke in eight different languages during the event including Polish, Russian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Women’s Leadership Institute hosts conference

But, the Bentley Women’s Leadership Institute is stamping out that problem.
