Barry Bonds and his home run record

May 3, 2007 Sports

Searching for an article topic for the last edition of the year and one that could be relevant all throughout the summer may be somewhat absurd, I guess I will hopefully pick a good enough topic for everyone to look back upon until next school year. This will also be my last article until spring semester (2008) when I return from France, so for those who have read my articles I thank you.

Lady Falcons soar to the NCAA Sweet Sixteen

May 3, 2007 Sports

Resilient. In a word that could describe the 2006-2007 Lady Falcons.

This year’s version of the team may not be Barbara Stevens most talented or most athletic in her 21 years of coaching here at Bentley. But this team may be one of the hardest working, scrappy teams she has ever had.

Hail to the Chief!

May 3, 2007 News

The original notice was, well, innocuous to say the least. A simple email. A message from Terry Carlton, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. “Please gather for an impromptu Town Meeting this afternoon.” was all it said. There was no mention of a reason. Yet, virtually all those who read the email and prepared to attend the meeting knew exactly what it concerned.

Let me be one of the first to welcome you to campus! I may be a little biased but I think that Bentley is one of the best colleges you could have chosen to attend.
